Return and Refund Policy
At MUDNAAZ, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. As part of this commitment, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item, unless specified otherwise.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

1. Be in the same condition that you received it
2. Be unworn or unused
3. Have tags attached
4. Be in its original packaging
5. Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Initiating a Return

Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

International Customers (including Canada)
Please note that international shipping may take 3-14 business days to arrive. All sales on US-imported items are final, and we do not offer refunds on these items, unless specified otherwise by the supplier.

Return and Refund Policy for Third-Party Sellers
MUDNAAZ is bound by the return and refund policies of our third-party suppliers. The return window for these products is specified in the product description.

These policies vary as follows:

- Some suppliers: 7-day refund window
- Other suppliers: 30-day refund window

Important Notes

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions. In addition by shopping with us, you acknowledge that MUDNAAZ operates as an intermediary between you and our third-party suppliers. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
